How To Make Money Online From Home-Keyword Research Part 2
Many of you who are learning how to make money online from home are in the trenches learning keyword research. That is if you have chosen a product or service to offer. My prior article, "How To Make Money Online From Home-Keyword Research" reviewed how to get started. Start by finding those few keywords that have search results under 5000 and use them in every form of online media you choose, i.e. website, blog, articles, press releases, videos, etc. Since the keyword is not as often used, you will rank higher on the page rather than being lost in the millions in search. The more content you place, the more real estate online and search engines will begin to like you. And we all want them to like us! Another way to get keywords is to search your competition. Do a search on one of your keywords to see what ads are listed. If the ad appears relevant to your business, take a look. This is a good way to see if your keywords are truly relevant. See what they are offering then use a competitor research tool such as spyfu.com. Copy & paste your competition's URL into Spyfu and it will display their keywords. If your competitor is successful, do some additional research on their keywords, if they they are under 5000 in search results, by all means use them.Everything is recycled on the Internet. During all of your searches, pay close attention to what appears on the page. If some ads appear unrelated to you, make special note. For example, if your keyword is online business and a University ad appears, you don't want to be associated with education if you're trying to sell an online business. Take your list of keywords and add -University to the list. Adding the word university with a negative sign tells the search engines you don't want to appear on the same page as Universities. You can have a lot of negative keywords to really give someone a focused search. You could also include words like -free or -scam. This again tells the search engine to not list you by those opportunities that include free or scam in their ad. Everything mentioned in this article is simplified. If you are truly searching for a way to make money online I encourage you to find an education platform that helps you in your journey. A lot of money is lost on the Internet in paid search every day due to those not being educated. So do your research and find the best way to make money online for you.
