Constant Content is another site that you can submit work to. Your article is then auctioned off to the highest bidder, the amount that you get depends on the publishing rights attached to the article. But there is also a thing called "article marketing" and it's one of the most rewarding ways that I know of to earn extra money from home. In a nut-shell; you write articles about products or services and include a link to a sales page. When the reader clicks on that link and subsequently buys the product you receive a pre-arranged commission. If you prefer a more stable income, then several other sites advertise work for freelance writers. This work may include articles for marketing, web page articles or promotional articles. However it pays to check these sites out thoroughly as many scammers target this market. A very general rule is that if you have to pay someone to give you work, then it is a scam. If you are more of a creative writer, sites such as fanstory.com allow you to write about anything you like, fictional or nonfictional and they even have a poetry and art section. They run a variety of competitions with cash prizes. None of these are get-rich-quick schemes. Writing articles for the internet is damn hard work, but it is also fun. The greatest thing about choosing to earn money writing articles online is that you can mostly stick to your own style of writing without having to conform to the requirements of paper-based publishers. Your success solely depends on your effort and the quality of your work. You also do not have the overheads that other employees and small businesses have, making it very economical to earn extra money from home by writing articles online and an ideal option for the work from home job-seeker.
